Job Summary
Automotive Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under supervision, performing oil changes, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, installing batteries, tire maintenance, parts installation, and road testing. Opportunity to obtain ASE certifications within two years; compensation includes a flat-rate pay model with a sign-on bonus of $1,500 and a pay range of $17.50-$26.30 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license
- Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes
- Basic inspections
- Repairing tires
- Reading, writing, and math skills
