Job Summary
Automotive Technician in a Bridgestone Retail Operations service center responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under guidance of experienced technicians. Responsibilities include changing oil and scheduled maintenance, inspecting steering, suspension, and brakes, installing batteries, performing tire maintenance, installing parts, and road testing vehicles. Requires obtaining or maintaining ASE certifications within the first two years and maintaining a valid driver’s license; preferred candidates have 2 years of automotive repair experience or related certification. A performance-based flat-rate pay model is used, with training and ASE certification opportunities provided.
