Job Summary
Automotive Technician role within Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) performing oil changes, tire maintenance, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, battery installs, and electrical checks. Requires learning basic mechanical tasks under supervision, with opportunities to interact with customers to explain repairs. ASE certification or equivalent external qualifications preferred; obtain ASE A1–A8 within two years (tests/fees covered). Valid driver’s license required. Sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires; flat-rate pay with region-based rates. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment; on-the-job training and potential vocational-technical training cited.
