Job Summary

Automotive Technician role at Bridgestone Retail Operations focusing on hands-on vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance within our automotive service team. Responsibilities include changing oil and scheduled maintenance, inspecting steering/suspension/brake systems, installing batteries, performing tire maintenance, installing parts, and road testing vehicles. Required Qualifications

  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes
  • Reading, writing, and math skills
  • Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1–A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company)
  • Two years of automotive repair experience preferred (for preferred qualifications)
