Job Summary
Automotive Technician role supporting Bridgestone Retail Operations in service of vehicles, including oil changes, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, battery installation, electrical checks, tire maintenance, parts installation, and road testing. Role involves explaining repair procedures to customers and delivering high-quality workmanship under a pay model that includes flat-rate compensation. Must obtain ASE certifications within two years of employment. Requires valid driver’s license and basic mechanical knowledge; preferred candidates may have 2 years of automotive repair experience or related certifications. Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
