Job Summary

Automotive Technician role with Bridgestone Retail Operations focusing on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under guidance of experienced technicians. Responsibilities include changing oil and routine maintenance, inspecting steering/suspension/brake systems, installing batteries and checking electrical systems, performing tire maintenance, installing parts, and road testing vehicles. Opportunity to obtain ASE certifications within the first two years; requires a valid driver’s license and basic math/reading/writing skills. Required Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires
  • Reading, writing, and math skills
  • A.S.E certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications
  • 2 years of automotive repair experience (preferred)
