Job Summary
Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under guidance, including oil changes, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, battery and electrical checks, tire maintenance, and road tests. Role may involve interacting with customers to explain repair procedures and ensuring high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. ASE certifications (or pursuing within two years) and a valid driver’s license are required; compensation is flat-rate with regional productivity variations. Required Qualifications
- Valid automobile driver''s license at all times
- Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes
- A.S.E. certifications or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications
- Minimum Qualifications: ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
