Partner with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to communicate repair needs, service recommendations, and estimated completion times. Consistently achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment. Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and certification programs to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
