Job Summary
As a BMW Technician at BMW of Mobile, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles using cutting-edge diagnostic technologies. Responsibilities include receiving and executing repair orders, performing diagnostics, providing labor, time, and parts estimates, executing high-quality repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning to BMW Center and Factory standards, conducting Quality Control checks, completing all paperwork, maintaining a clean workspace, and communicating with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff to ensure a seamless workflow. You will participate in continuous BMW proprietary training to stay updated on BMW technologies and processes and demonstrate behaviors aligned with our company values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Own a valid driver’s license
- At least 5+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment
- Previous European automotive technician experience a plus
- ASE certifications a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
