Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles as a BMW Technician. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting across systems (engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C); provide labor, time, and parts estimates; complete repair orders and documentation; conduct quality control checks; maintain an organized workspace and tools; communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department; participate in BMW training to advance skills; demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and customer-focused service aligned with Fix it Right the First Time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment
- Own a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
