Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles. Perform diagnosing services, repairs, and maintenance work as dispatched on repair orders, provide labor/time/parts estimates, and conduct quality control checks to ensure complete repairs. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department, participate in BMW proprietary training, and maintain organized workspaces and proper tool accounting. Requires 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience, preferred European-brand experience, strong mechanical/electrical/computing skills, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass pre-employment checks. Focus on safe, high-quality service and customer satisfaction, aligned with BMW standards and the goal of Fix it Right the First Time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment
- Own a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background check, MVR)
