Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles; perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs; provide labor, time, and parts estimates; perform high quality and efficient repair services across automotive systems (engine, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning) per BMW Center and Factory standards; conduct Quality Control checks; complete paperwork and documentation for repairs; maintain organized workspace and tools; communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department; participate in BMW training programs; demonstrate BMW values; preferred prior European brand service experience; ASE certifications a plus; able to work with a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Own a valid driver’s license
- At least 2+ years previous hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivalent
- Possess mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR check
