Job Summary
Receive and carry out repair orders for customer and dealership vehicles. Perform diagnostic services, troubleshooting, and maintenance on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems while providing labor, time, and parts estimates. Execute high-quality repairs in accordance with Center and Factory standards, followed by Quality Control checks and completion of all required paperwork. Maintain an organized workspace, account for tools, and communicate efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees. Participate in continual BMW proprietary training programs to develop expertise in industry-leading technologies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Own a valid driver's license
- At least 2+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check, and maintenance of a valid driver's license
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally have previous European brand service repair experience
- ASE certifications
