Job Summary
Receive and carry out repair orders, perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting, and provide labor, time, and parts estimates for customer and dealership vehicles. Execute high-quality repairs across engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems while conducting quality control checks and completing all required paperwork. Maintain an organized workspace, account for tools, and communicate efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees. Participate in continual BMW proprietary training programs to develop expertise in industry-leading technologies. This role is part of the BMW Family in Williamsville, NY, where technicians demonstrate behaviors consistent with Employer values and are committed to providing the ultimate customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess great mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Own a valid driver's license
- At least 2+ years previous of hands on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check, and maintenance of a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous European automotive technician experience a plus
- ASE certifications a plus
