Job Summary
Diagnose and perform general repairs on customer vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, electrical systems, and HVAC. Conduct multi-point inspections, document all work on repair orders, and communicate with service advisors regarding additional needs or delays. Perform road tests to confirm successful repairs and complete preventive maintenance services. Maintain manufacturer certifications and participate in ongoing training to support the CSI Customer Satisfaction Index goals. Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
