Job Summary
Diagnose and perform general repairs on customer vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, clutches, electrical systems, HVAC, and steering/suspension. Conduct multi-point inspections, road tests, and preventive maintenance while documenting all work on assigned repair orders. Communicate with service advisors regarding additional needs or delays and maintain manufacturer certifications to support the Customer Satisfaction Index. Complete warranty repairs, file claims, and ensure vehicles are returned clean and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must have basic tools
- Must have great technical and mechanical skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications heavily preferred
- Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
