Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and tire patches while replacing headlights and bulbs. Conduct multi-point inspections and maintain a clean, safe work space. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques during formal training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology. Shadow a Master Technician to accelerate skill development. A valid driver's license and basic tools are required; flexibility with work hours, including weekends, is essential. This role offers ongoing education through manufacturer and product knowledge training within a family-oriented company spanning over 60 locations across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic tools
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Must be flexible with work hours and able to work weekend
- Must be self motivated and able to work well with others
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Lube Technician experience is a plus, but not necessary
