Job Summary
The Aftermarket Parts Installation Technician installs, maintains, and services aftermarket automotive components on trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs, including suspensions, alignments, gears, wheel/tire assemblies, and accessories (bumpers, lights, winches). Uses Hunter Hawkeye equipment, documents work orders, and upholds safety and quality standards while delivering customer service in a retail shop environment; requires own tools, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, and successful background/motor vehicle checks. Offers uncapped earning potential with base pay plus commission and opportunities for growth into senior or leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience installing aftermarket accessories for trucks and Jeeps
- Experience with mount and balance, suspension components, and accessory installations
- Must possess your own set of professional tools
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., independently, and 100 lbs. with team assistance
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders
- Ability to work scheduled store hours at the assigned location
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record review.
