Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle automotive systems while assisting other technicians in performing technical activities. Perform general repairs on vehicles and professionally record findings to ensure accurate cost estimates. Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools, and repair techniques, utilizing experience-based hourly rates and daytime work hours. Maintain a valid driver's license and own professional grade tools for servicing any general repair need. Troubleshoot and conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing, within a clean, safe environment supported by live technician hotline access and proprietary training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience working as an Automotive Technician
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need
- Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
