Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including transmission R&R, general repairs, and drivability testing. Assist other technicians in performing technical activities while continuously learning new equipment and repair techniques. Professionally record findings to ensure accurate repair cost estimates. Maintain a valid driver's license and own professional-grade tools required for servicing general repair needs. Work daytime hours in a clean, safe environment with access to AAMCO's proprietary training programs and live technician support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience working as an Automotive Technician
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need
- Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
