Job Summary
Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently, test-drive vehicles, and diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, and brakes. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications while communicating directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and estimate time required. Operate electronic diagnostic equipment and special service tools to identify problems quickly and learn new technology and repair procedures. ASE certification and a strong automotive background are required, along with a clean driver's license and willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.

- Good knowledge of automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
