Automotive Technical Training Instructor

Job Summary
Deliver Toyota and Lexus technical training content across New South Wales for the dealership network, including new model content, develop and align training policies and content with long-term profitability and customer satisfaction, support management in regional training delivery, monitor performance against targets, provide reporting for planning and budgeting, and coordinate on-site visits and regional travel to identify training needs, while maintaining compliance with WHS and training standards. Must hold formal automotive trade qualifications and have experience delivering technical training in the automotive industry; Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is desirable. Strong communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and ability to use PowerPoint/Excel/Word are required.
Required Qualifications
- Formal trade qualifications as an Automotive Technician (Motor Mechanic)
- Experience in a dealership environment
- Strong automotive technical knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical training
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Willingness to travel regionally
