Job Summary
Automotive Technical Helpdesk Specialist supporting Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators across Europe. Provide technical support across diagnostics and repair, guide dealers through repair processes, document cases and technical data, coordinate Field Engineer visits, engage in training and knowledge exchange, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and dealership staff to share insights and trends. Occasional vehicle testing and servicing arrangements; escalate cases with complete information to ensure high-quality diagnostic and repair support and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years automotive experience
- Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Experience with diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and EV/HV concepts
- Ability to document cases and communicate with dealers and internal teams
- Analytical, organized, customer-focused mindset
- HV EV certification strong advantage
