Automotive Technical Specialist - Spanish-speaking

Provide technical support across various systems, focusing on diagnostics and root cause analysis for a network of Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators across Europe. Resolve technical inquiries from Customer Dealers and internal teams via phone and electronic channels, guiding dealers through repair processes and ensuring accurate case documentation. Collaborate with dealer technicians and internal agents to resolve complex issues, coordinate Field Engineer visits, and occasionally conduct vehicle testing and servicing arrangements. Document cases and technical data in internal systems while escalating cases when necessary. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
