Job Summary
Automotive diagnostic specialist to serve as the first point of contact for repair requests and technical questions from technicians, provide technical support and remote guidance using OEM procedures, perform initial triage, escalate unresolved or complex cases to Level 2 with complete information, adhere to SLAs and data quality standards, support OTA software updates, document solutions and knowledge artifacts to improve first-repair rates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
- Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
- Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
- Ability to support and guide technicians
- Preferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background
- Language requirements: Working proficiency in Polish and professional English (written and spoken)
