Job Summary
Experienced automotive diagnostic specialist sought to support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely. You will diagnose and resolve complex electrical/electronic and drivability faults, use OEM tools (e.g., wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization, interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation, support both individual cases and fleet issues, create clear technical reports and case updates, coach technicians with hands-on guidance, and feed recurring issues into continuous improvement. Field-based, London location, full-time, with hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement. English proficiency required; additional European languages a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
- Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
- Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
- Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
- Ability to support and guide technicians
- Preferred: field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background
- Technical knowledge: Modern vehicle systems (powertrain, ADAS, body electronics); Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay; Diagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing
