Job Summary
Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations, prepare and maintain trade jackets, and monitor titles in transit. Work with banks, customers, and agencies to obtain lien releases and process wholesale and auction documentation. Maintain tag receivable schedules and title compliance records while providing administrative support to accounting and sales teams. Requires minimum of 2 years automotive Tag & Title experience, valid driver's license, and successful background check. Full-time role at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive Tag & Title experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
- Valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Must successfully pass a motor vehicle record review
