Job Summary
Automotive Store Manager - MOD at Plaza Tire (Sun Auto Tire & Service). Responsible for the overall store performance including guest services, operational leadership, and driving sales and profitability through expense control and HR management. Leads recruiting, performance evaluations, coaching, and ensures company policies are followed; analyzes financial trends and implements plans to maximize sales and profit targets; maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards; ensures proper asset controls and closing procedures. Compensation $60,000/Yr. to $75,000/Yr. with benefits including closed Sundays, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation/sick time, holidays, and opportunities for advancement. Location Rogers, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess current or expired State Inspector License or ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire date
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans with clearly defined goals for their individual store
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
