Job Summary
The Midas Store Manager is responsible for business operations and store performance, safety, efficiencies, and profit/loss accountability. This role includes recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching employees, overseeing vehicle inspections and repair suggestions, managing customer interactions, handling sales and accounting functions, and maintaining inventory. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, possess general automotive knowledge, demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, and have leadership and team-building abilities.
