Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Automotive Store Manager who will lead and develop a winning team while driving sales and owning the guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing P&L, ensuring OSHA compliance, and striving for key performance indicators in sales and team engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years store or service management in automotive or high-volume retail
- Proven sales leadership
- People leadership skills
- Operational knowledge of KPIs, scheduling, and cash controls
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification(s)
- Multi-brand experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to assist with shop flow including lifting up to 70 lbs
- Open availability, including weekends
