Job Summary
Automotive Store Manager role leading a high-volume store in Marshalltown, IA. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance-managing a winning team; driving sales through playbooks, pricing, and clear recommendations; owning the guest experience with five-star service; running the P&L with payroll discipline, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and budget adherence; maintaining OSHA/EHS compliance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination; ensuring proper cash controls, reporting, audits, and policy adherence. Requires 2+ years in automotive store or high-volume retail with strong service & P&L ownership; proven sales leadership, people leadership, and KPI focus; customer-first communicator with clear explanations and follow-through. Open availability including weekends; valid driver’s license; ASEs and bilingual (Spanish/English) areNice-to-have. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years store or service management in automotive (or high-volume retail with strong service & P&L ownership)

- Operational athlete: KPIs, scheduling, inventory, cash controls
- Valid driver’s license; open availability, including weekends
