Job Summary
Automotive Store Manager with a track record of leading automotive or high-volume retail operations to deliver strong guest experiences, sales growth, and disciplined P&L management. You’ll recruit and develop a winning team, drive KPIs, manage inventory and cash controls, ensure OSHA/EHS compliance, and run store operations end-to-end while partnering with leadership to achieve profitability. The role requires proven sales leadership, people management, and operational excellence, with open weekend availability and a customer-first mindset. Nice-to-have: ASE certifications, multi-brand experience, bilingual Spanish/English.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years store or service management in automotive (or high-volume retail with strong service & P&L ownership)
- Proven sales leadership: hits targets, builds pipeline, lifts average RO & close rates
- People leader: hires well, coaches often, holds standards, retains talent
- Operational athlete: confident with KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls
- Customer-first communicator who builds trust with clear explanations and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license; able to assist with shop flow (periodic lifting up to 70 lbs)
- Open availability, including weekends, to lead the store through our busiest guest-facing hours
