Job Summary
Grand Opening leadership role at Mavis Tires & Brakes in the Melbourne, FL area. Assist Store Manager to operate the location efficiently and safely; supervise workflow of mechanics and technicians; enforce policies and standards; schedule work; manage outside orders; ensure timely, high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Service Manager responsibilities include assisting customers with tire selections, directing technicians, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining an excellent in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
