Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Albemarle, NC. Assist the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation; enforce policies, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and ensure team safety. Service Manager responsibilities include assisting customers with tire selections, recommending under-car repairs, directing workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, delivering high-quality vehicle repair/maintenance, driving sales initiatives, communicating with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- (1) be at least 18 years of age
- (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States
- (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
