Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles focused on leading automotive sales and service operations at a new Mavis Tire location in Katy, TX. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run a safe, efficient operation; scheduling technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance; driving sales initiatives; guiding customer interactions to ensure satisfaction; directing workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians; and upholding company policies and safety standards. Candidate should demonstrate leadership, customer-service oriented communication, ability to supervise a team, and familiarity with automotive repairs, tire sales, and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
