Job Summary
Grand Opening: multiple openings for experienced automotive sales personnel at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Milford, DE. Assistant Manager supports Store Manager with leadership, policy enforcement, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety across the location. Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and automotive repairs, directs mechanics and technicians, drives sales initiatives, ensures timely, high-quality repair and maintenance, and delivers a positive in-store customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or in automotive repairs/maintenance or any combination that demonstrates ability to perform duties
