Job Summary
Lead and service management for a new Mavis Tire store in Plano. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to operate efficiently and safely, enforce policies, schedule mechanics/technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, and meet customer expectations. The Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections and necessary automotive repairs, delivers high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, drives sales initiatives, and communicates with customers to ensure a positive in-store experience and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, customer service, automotive knowledge, scheduling, and team coordination are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, OR 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, OR any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties
