Job Summary
Lead automotive sales and service operations at a new Mavis Tire location in Prosper, TX. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run an efficient, safe operation; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing work orders and customer experiences; directing the workflow of service staff; assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repairs; communicating effectively to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality repairs and timely completion; and contributing to sales initiatives while upholding policies, procedures, and safety standards. The role emphasizes leadership, customer satisfaction, team coordination, and operational discipline within a retail automotive service environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18+
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or automotive repairs/maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience
