Job Summary
Grand Opening opportunity for experienced automotive sales personnel to support store leadership as Assistant Manager and Service Manager at a new Mavis Tire location in Melbourne, FL. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations; enforcing policies and procedures; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring timely completion and quality of jobs; directing workflow of mechanics and technicians; guiding customer interactions and service recommendations; driving sales initiatives; delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance; ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations. Required Qualifications
- • be at least 18 years of age; • be legally authorized to work in the United States; and • possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
