Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, and managing outside orders to ensure timely, high-quality job completion. Direct the workflow of repair and tire technicians while communicating directly with customers to assess needs, recommend services, and maintain satisfaction. Support the Store Manager in driving sales initiatives and ensuring team safety across the new McDonough, GA location. Walk-in interviews are available seven days a week for eligible candidates with one year of automotive sales or repair experience.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
