Job Summary
Conduct daily operations at the new Mavis Tire location in Houston, TX, supporting the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective retail performance. Enforce established policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely job completion while maintaining customer expectations and team safety. Direct workflow for Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, communicating directly to assess needs and provide information on requested or necessary automotive maintenance. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week during store hours.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
