Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Schedule mechanics, technicians, and tire technicians' work, manage outside orders, and ensure the timely completion of jobs while maintaining customer expectations and team safety. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, directing the workflow of alignment and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on requested repairs, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open interviews are available 7 days a week.
