Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections and repair recommendations while directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. Drive sales initiatives by communicating directly with customers, assessing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with in-store experiences. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
