Job Summary
Conduct dealership accounting, financial reporting, and operational analysis by rotating through multiple locations under the guidance of experienced Controllers. Execute internal controls and gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of automotive dealership accounting and operations. Participate in a structured training schedule designed to develop the technical expertise and leadership practices necessary to lead a dealership accounting department. Travel periodically to dealership sites for training. This program offers a clear path toward future Controller opportunities with mentorship from accounting leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Recent college graduate or have up to two years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel periodically to dealership locations for training
Desired Qualifications
- Public accounting experience or internship experience is a plus
