Job Summary
Complete vehicle inspections, check oil levels, and ensure proper tire pressure. Perform wheel alignments, install oil drain plugs and filters, clean and replace batteries, and replace or repair exhaust systems. Remove and reinstall brake drums or shoes, replace radiators, and perform manufacturer recalls without diagnostic equipment. Maintain a clean and presentable service center. Check and communicate oil levels to teammates. Requires high school diploma, automotive training, valid driver's license, and 18+ years of age. Located at Napleton KIA of Fishers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant
- Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
