Job Summary
Oversee daily facility operations, managing a team of service technicians through mentorship on diagnostics and repair processes. Ensure all vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and repairs, meet high standards while monitoring inventory levels for parts and supplies. Address customer inquiries promptly to enhance satisfaction and enforce safety protocols regarding power tools and heavy lifting. Collaborate with dealership management to develop strategies for improving service department performance. Requires proven experience in automotive service management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in automotive diagnostics. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology or management preferred.
