Job Summary
Oversee and mentor shop technicians in an automotive dealership setting. Monitor technicians as they diagnose and repair vehicles, discuss repairs with the service director or service advisor, plan work procedures with leadership, ensure accurate labor time estimates, and maintain documentation of client repairs. Stay current with factory technical bulletins, adhere to dealership policies, and participate in training to support career advancement. Maintain compliance with federal/state/local regulations including hazardous waste disposal and pass pre-employment checks. Strong emphasis on integrity, honesty, and teamwork with a focus on delivering quality service to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to five years of related experience and training
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
