Job Summary
Act as the primary interface between customers and technicians for vehicle repairs by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and completing necessary paperwork regarding automotive repairs. Relay all pertinent information to technicians to ensure work completion, keep clients updated on repair status, and explain additional needs. Communicate with management and other departments to solve problems while following up on detail-oriented tasks. Maintain a valid driver's license and use a tablet device for daily operations.
