Automotive Service Technician

Examine and diagnose vehicles, discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor, and provide labor estimates while communicating additional service requests. Plan work in cooperation with the shop foreman, monitor repair time, and update the service advisor. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, assist in mentoring technician trainees, and attend company and factory training to stay current with technical bulletins. Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.
