Job Summary
Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work while obtaining high levels of customer satisfaction through personal work habits and ethics. Complete every service visit correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and exercise good judgment when reading instructions. This role requires experience in warranty and non-warranty service, a proven track record of over-achieving goals, outstanding communication skills, and in-dealership work experience.
